Warehouse, now offices. Mid C19, converted late C20. By TC Hine of Nottingham. Red brick, with ashlar ground floor and dressings, and hipped slate roof behind blue brick coped parapet. Plinth, ground floor cornice, sill bands, eaves cornice, rusticated quoins. 4 storeys; 12 window range. Curved facade following the street line, almost symmetrical. Windows are mainly cast-iron glazing bar casements with moulded round heads. Ground floor windows have smaller panes and segmental heads with hood moulds. Cast-iron glazing bar windows to basement. Projecting central entrance bay has a segment-arched doorway with renewed double doors. Above, a large round-arched cross casement, reglazed, with stone mullions. Above again, a Venetian window and over it, a round-arched casement. To left, a narrow bay with a single window on each floor, and beyond, a range with 2 windows. Beyond again, on each side, a convex bay, the left one with single windows and a doorway, the right with triple windows on each floor. Beyond again, to left, a single bay. To right, a projecting triple bay, then a set back single bay with door and fanlight.
