Chapel of ease, subsequently Particular Baptist Church with manse attached, now converted to 3 dwellings, Circa 1400,
altered 1836, probably when second cottage aided, church converted to dwelling late C20,Random rubble local stone,
brick voussoirs with keystones to church openings, quoins distinguish original building with later quoins dividing
church from manse, slate roof with coped verges to original building, shallower pitch double Roman tile roof with coped
verges to addition, late C19 brick stacks right gable ends, finial to left gable end. Plan: medieval chapel converted
to Baptist church with manse, now 2 dwellings with one-up-one-down cottage adjoining. South front: 2 storeys, 3:1:1
bays, full height semi-circular- headed windows with divided wooden tracery and external shutters flanking former
double doorway with similar head, now with wooden door and sidelight banded Ham stone and limestone architrave; to
right 3-light casements first floor, ground floor 6-panel door with moulded surrounds to panels and inset lights, flat
roofed porch with cambered head opening, 3-light window to right, another 6-panel door with inset lights at junction of
church and addition, flat roofed trellis porch with 3-light window right. Left return (west gable end) blocked
square opening in gable end, semi-circular headed window with brick surround and keystone cutting top of medieval
lancet opening, wooden lintel to double doors of 6 panels with moulded surrounds. Interiors not seen.
