Details
WALNUT TREE LANE TQ 75 SE LOOSE (South Side) 3/207 1-4 Hope Cottages 17.12.74 GV II House row. Early-to-mid C19, (by circa 1840). Small blocks of coursed ragstone to ground floor, first floor weatherboarded. Slate roof. 2 storeys. 2 buff brick ridge stacks, one towards each end. Regular 4-window front of 12-light casements. Ground floor windows with segmental heads. 4 boarded doors with segmental heads; to No. 1 to left end, to Nos. 2 and 3 adjacent towards centre, and to No. 4 to right end. Narrow later 2-storey parallel rear range. Interior not inspected.
