II G7 2. Second half of C16, partly rebuilt C19. Red brick, some flint rubble. Follow in part the outline of the former Manor House built for Sir Richard Combe. Coping bricks set diagonally up to sharp edge. Corbelled cornice.

Charter Tower and Manor House Garden Walls form a group.
