10/230 Latcham House Farmhouse, attached barn and forecourt wall

Farmhouse and attached barn. Early C19 features, core earlier. Roughcast, rendered plinth, pantile roof, coped verges, end brick stacks, that to left truncated. Two storeys, 3:1 bays, 3-light casements with horizontal glazing barsi two door openings; that to left in a projecting moulded architrave with a cornice, 6-panelled door, top 2 panels glazed; that to right with a plank door. Rubble barn projecting at right-angles to right of frontage, pantile roof, coped verges, one with a finial; two storeys, no window openings, right return rendered. Low forecourt wall with a dressed stone capping.
