Stucco, with artificial slate roofs. 2 coped stacks to left.
Rusticated ground floor, eaves cornice and blocking course.
Windows are mainly plain sashes with cornices to first floor.
3 storeys plus attics; 4 window range.
Front, to Park Terrace, has in the centre 2 bay windows. Left
bay window, rounded, 3 storeys, has a tripartite sash on each
floor, that to the second floor smaller and reglazed. Side
bay, to left, has a renewed French window with hood, and
above, a glazing bar sash with a C20 wrought-iron balcony.
Above again, a smaller glazing bar sash.
Right bay window, canted, 3 storeys plus attic, 3 sashes. To
its right, a single storey addition, mid C20, with an angled
corner and a French window. Above, the side bay has a C20
French window and overlight, and above again, a small sash.
Rear elevation has mainly glazing bar sashes.
This building is part of an early scheme by the 4th Duke of
Newcastle to develop the Park estate.
