Stucco (to ground floor); brick; Welsh slate roof; brick ridge stack. 3 storeys; 3-window range: C19 2/2 sashes under stepped keyed stucco lintels; 3/3 sashes; modillioned band to coped parapet. Entrance to centre left: 6-panel door and plain overlight; to left, C20 roller-shutter to carriageway; to right, 2 C19 plain sashes in shallow arcade; moulded storey band overall. Advanced wing to left: brick stack; 2 storeys; 2-window range: 2/2 sashes in moulded architraves under cambered pediments on enriched corbels; modillioned band to parapet; rusticated stucco to ground floor: 2 roundheaded 2/2 sashes in moulded and vermiculated cases with keyblocks to moulded band; pilasters to sillband. INTERIOR not inspected.
