II

An early C17 timber-framed and plastered house with brick ends and plinth. 2 storeys. The windows generally are C20 casements (some original casements remain), with lattice leaded lights. The south side has interesting pargetting, including a central elliptical wreath design, each quarter of different pattern, divided by tied laurel leaves. A band of running vine ornament occurs at the 1st floor level. Plank doors. Roof pantiled.
