Milepost. Early C19. Cast iron. Circular iron post with single band and moulded domed top. Attached curved cast iron plate inscribed:- MILES BURTON - 17 MEASHAM - 6 BOSWORTH - 1

This milepost stands just to the south of the boundary between the parishes of Market Bosworth and Carlton.
