SOUTH HIENDLEY CHURCH LANE SE31SE (west side) Felkirk 4/65 Parkinson monument 4 - metres south of south chapel of Church of St Peter, and 1 metre west of cross shaft. GV II

Monumental slab. Early C18. Commemorates Joseph, son of William Parkinson (d.1724). Sandstone. Plain slab except for head which has carved scrolls, and twined flowers in the corners; raised decorated initial letter "H" and cursive capitals to seriffed inscription.
