House, now offices. c1830. Brick with ashlar dressings; coursed limestone rubble rear elevation and right return of extension; Welsh slate roof with stone gable copings. 2 storeys, 5 windows and lower right extension of 2 storeys, 2 windows. Central renewed glazed door and overlight in Doric doorcase with engaged columns, entablature and blocking course. Wedge stone lintels and projecting stone sills to renewed sashes, with first-floor sill band; extension has C20 paired windows under rebuilt lintels. Roof has wide end chimneys; extension roof hipped. Wide square-headed dormer at left, and smaller flat-headed dormer at right end. Right return has brick arch to round-headed window in rear half of gable peak section of chimney-stack.
