Farmhouse, now house. Datestone WW 1823 over door. Chalk ashlar, brick quoins and dressings; old tiled roof; brick stacks. 2-unit central staircase plan with continuous rear outshut. 2-storey, 3-window range. Late C20 porch to central planked door; brick segmental arches over original 3-light and one 2- light casements. Brick storey band, and bands connecting windows; gabled roof; end stacks. Interior: original 4-panelled doors to first floor. Late C20 extensions to rear and first floor addition to original lean-to outshut. Shotover Cottage to right; in similar style and materials except C20 tiled roof; 2-window range of horned sashes and C20 door.
