2 houses in continuous run. c1800. Timber-framed and plastered peg and pantiled roofs, red brick stacks. L shaped plan of principal range and short front wing at W end. 2 storey and partial attic. Front, S elevation: principal unit, 4 window range with C20 panel-decorated pargetting. Ground floor, E-W, repaired early C19 tripartite sash window, glazing bars, 1x4, 3x4, 1x4 panes. doorway with flat bracketed hood and moulded architrave, door of 6 panels, upper 2 glazed, lower 4 flush, bead-moulded, second early C19 tripartite sash window, central upper sash now converted to top hung casement. Twin C20 3x4 paned sash windows. First floor, E-W, early C19 3x4 paned sash window, some repair, small C20 casement window, second early C19 3x4 sash, C20 casement. Ramped dormer window to W end with C20 2-light casement 4x3 panes. Stack off-centre to W, second one at E gable end. W end wing lower than rest, brick, colourwashed, C20 pargetting partially continued round from front. Principal E face of single window range, ground floor C20 3x3 paned sash window and simple C20 door with upper glazed panel. First floor has C19 sash window, moulded architrave, glazing bars, 3x4 panes. INTERIOR: framing mainly obscured but axial ceiling joists are waney edged suggesting c1800 construction. A second doorway was once E of the W wing and the 2 houses were originally a symmetrical pair.
