PAINSWICK FRIDAY STREET SO 8609/8709 (part of) (south west side) 8/84 Hamand Antiques (formerly listed as 'The 21.10.55 Cross') GV II House and shop in row. C17. Limestone ashlar, stone slate roof. Coped gable to street, two storeys and attic. 2-light casement to gable over two 3-light at first floor, these all ovolo-mould mullions, glazing bar casements, and stopped hoods. At ground floor, under a continuous moulded string stepped over the door, a 4 x 3-light to left and two 4 x 3-light to right, with King mullion, in ovolo mould surrounds, formerly with central mullions; C20 glazed door. Main gable set to kneelers. Two stone stacks, each with two diagonally set flues in brick; one to right gable and one central.
