JESUS LANE 1. 942 (South Side) Westcott House TL 4558 NW 4/534 18.5.67. II GV 2. 1899-1929. Attractive ¨Tudor¨ court with work by Hartwell Simpson, Grayson and Ould, Temple Moore and Morley Horden (Chapel). Red brick buildings with stone dressings. 2 storeys and attics. 3 and 4 light mullion windows with lattice casements. Central gatehouse. Two iron footscrapers, one in the shape of a pig, the other a rabbit with the ears missing. North range 1899 by Grayson and Ould. West range by Hartwell Simpson 1912. East range, south part 1914 by Temple Moore. The rest 1923, 26 and 29 by Morley Horder, including Chapel. Visually it is like a cloister for Bodley's Church of All Saints, which is adjacent.
All the buildings on the South Side of Jesus Lane form a group.
