Farmhouse. Early C17 and mid C18. Red brick and dressed coursed rubble. Plain tile roof. East/garden front of red brick with single ridge and left gable red brick stacks. Brick coped gables with kneelers. Dentil eaves. 2 storeys plus garret, 3 bays. Doorway with plank door and glazing bar over light. to the right is a single glazing bar casement and to the left a single glazing bar sash. All ground floor openings under segmental arches. Above are 2 glazing bar sashes under segmental arches with single central small glazing bar casement set slightly higher. To the right is a lower red brick and plain tile 2 storey, 2 bay wing with dentil eaves. Blocked doorway with single tripartite glazing bar casement to the right and single glazing bar casement above, all under segmental arches. The rear of the house with substantial part of C17 dressed coursed rubble has a single quadripartite ashlar mullion window with single similar larger quadripartite cross casement above, both with ashlar dripmoulds.
