Pimp Hall Dovecote, Kings Road, Chingford, Waltham Forest, London: Tree-ring Analysis of Oak Timbers

Dendrochronological analysis was undertaken on core samples obtained from six timbers to the ground- and first-floor levels at Pimp Hall Dovecote. No similarities were identified between the measured ring sequences and, despite being compared to a full corpus of oak reference data, none of the samples could be reliably dated individually. These timbers, therefore, remain undated.
