A TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY AT AINSBROOK YORKSHIRE

Investigation section based in York worked with a team from York Archaeological Trust to compile a topographic survey of an area of land at Ainsbrook in Yorkshire. The survey covered an area of 31 ha (76 acres), bounded to the west by the top of the slope down to the river and to the east along a 'green lane' which provides access to the site.
