Fountains Abbey, Northern Approaches: Archaeological Survey Report

In 1988-9 RCHME undertook an archaeological investigation and analytical field survey of the northern side of the precinct at Fountains Abbey, in advance of new visitor access arrangements. The survey recorded tracks, quarries, boundaries and agricultural features of medieval and post-medieval date.
