Crops and Crop Processing in a Romano-British Village at Tiddington: The Evidence from the Charred Plant Remains

Charred plant remains were recovered from a Romano- British village located on the gravel terrace of the Warwicks. Avon. Site sampling methods and processing techniques are given, and interpretation of the plant assemblages is discussed in terms of crops processing methods and husbandry practices, and in terms of on-site activities. The ecology of the crop weeds is also briefly discussed.
