Bramshill Gardens, Hampshire: an archaeological survey by the Royal Commission on the Historical Monuments of England

Author(s): Graham Brown

In May 1998 RCHME undertook an archaeological investigation and analytical field survey of garden remains at Bramshill at the request of the Hampshire Gardens Trust. An abandoned garden, now visible only as slight earthworks, resembles an undated plan of an Italian garden; some of the surveyed earthworks appeared to be those represented on the plan; further research was recommended.
