Archaeological Aerial Photograph Interpretation in the Northern Mendip Hills: A Highlight Report for the National Mapping Programme

This report details the key findings from the Northern Mendip NMP project carried out by staff from Gloucestershire County Council between March 2007 and June 2009. It is primarily a highlight report discussing the archaeology by period using selected sites, and completes the mapping for the whole of the Mendip AONB. The report should be read alongside the Archaeological Aerial Photograph Interpretation in the Central Mendip Hills (Truscoe 2008).
