Church of St Petrock, Church Street, South Brent, South Hams - Dartmoor (NP)

C12 parish church of which the west tower (formerly at the crossing) of the originally cruciform church survives. The west end was demolished c early C14 when the present nave was rebuilt with two transepts. North and south aisles of early C15, restored late C19. The congregation was awarded a Heritage Lottery Fund Grant for Places of Worship and in 2016-17 the tower was grouted and repointed and the vestry roof was repaired. The nave roof remains in poor condition.
