Description

The collection comprises approximately 5000 colour 35mm slides taken by Anthony Streeten (1954-2016), former Director of the East Midlands region of English Heritage. The slides primarily show historic buildings in the East Midlands and the East of England, with a particular focus on English Heritage sites, and industrial buildings. Some images depict restoration and conservation. Sites covered include Castle Rising Castle, Boscobel House, Clun Castle, Croxden Abbey, Creake Abbey, Hadleigh Castle, Goodrich Castle, Bolsover Castle, Bolingbroke Castle, and Arbor Low Stone Circle.
