A published album entitled "A Souvenir, Broomhill, Kent 1898". A dedication on the title page reads "To Mr de B Crawshay from the author Jany. 13 1912", the author being the owner of the house, Sir David Salomons, Bart. It contains 8 pages of text and 53 black and white halftones. There are interior and exterior views of the house and exterior views of the estate lodges, stables and water and electric tower. Other interior views show the theatre, laboratory, dark rooms, workshop, garage, accumulator house, electric power installation and other electrical equipment.
Correspondence from Sir David Salomons to Mr Crawshay dated between March 1912 and August 1924 relates to their mutual interest in cars. There are some notes written by Mr Crawshay recording Kent Automobile Club and the Kent and Sussex Light Car Club meets at Broomhill. A printed card describes the Welte Organ at Broomhill.
Newspaper cuttings dated April 1925 record the death of Sir David and one dated 1935 records the death of his wife.
