Description

The collection comprises black and white photographic prints taken in the 1950s and 1960s by professional photographer Pamela Chandler (1928-1993). The photographs are divided into two series. The first contains 57 prints and shows interior and exterior views of identified buildings taken between 1950 and 1963. The second contains 53 undated prints and shows a variety of images including portraits and unidentified buildings. A handlist is available.

Archival History

The collection was acquired by the Historic England Archive before 2000.
