Description

A collection of 234 colour 35mm slides, taken by former English Heritage architectural investigator Barrie Clark, probably between circa 1980 and 1995. The slides focus on architectural subjects, from country houses and cathedrals to vernacular architecture, road signs, architectural details and street scenes. The collection includes some images of sites and buildings in Guernsey. The slides are comprehensively annotated with information about the buildings shown, and were presumably taken in the course of Clark's work for the organisation.
