Collection: Leonard Dawson Slide Collection

Description

The collection comprises approximately 1130 35mm slides depicting churches, cathedrals and stained glass. A proportion of the slides were taken by Leonard Dawson, with the remainder collected by him. Roughly 30% of the slides are colour, with the remainder black and white. The collection covers buildings across the country, with both interior and exterior shots, alongside details of stained glass. There are typed lists of the buildings covered.

The collection is split into three categories; Churches, Cathedrals and Stained glass.There are typed lists of the churches and cathedrals slides and a general index of churches.
