Description

The collection comprises a single photographic negative. It is a black and white negative measuring 2 1/3 x 1 5/8 inches showing a stone in a cradle being raised at Stonehenge. The negative was taken for personal interest in June 1958 by Corporal David James Dennis, an engineer stationed at RAF Boscombe Down at the time.

Archival History

The collection was acquired by the Historic England Archive in 2020.
