Archival History

Provenance : Henry Dixon was a London based photographer who, in conjunction with A and J Bool (see also BOO01), produced much photographic work for the Society for Photographing Relics of Old London (see also SPR01). The work recorded here is post- SPROL, and dates from 1900-1910.

Also acquired are 20 prints from negatives held by the London Guildhall Library for the Guildhall Dixon Exhibition. These prints include accompanying annotation notes and were printed by the NMR Darkrooms.
