Description
Edmund Grayson Ellis Holt (1905-1986) was an engineer and at one time Historic Buildings Inspector for the Department of the Environment. The collection comprises approximately 1,000 photographic negatives, mainly documenting historic buildings in Bristol, Bath, and Devizes. Included within this are views of shop fronts, and an illuminated view of Clifton Suspension Bridge, dating from 1964.
