Description

The collection contains photographs, drawings, building survey reports and research papers compiled by archaeologist and architectural historian Robert (Bob) Meeson (1943-2022). Bob Meeson was County Archaeologist for Staffordshire before becoming a freelance archaeologist and historic building surveyor.

Archival History

The collection was acquired by the Historic England Archive in 2022 and 2024.
