Description

The collection comprises two albums containing photographs and drawings documenting work undertaken by Sydney R Turner FRIBA for the firm White-Cooper and Turner in the 1930s and 1940s.

The first album contains interior views of: the Treasurer's House, York; the Sessions House, Preston; the Technical School, Liverpool; the L & M Railway Offices, Cowley Street; a house on Hill Street, Mayfair, London; 10 Lowther Terrace, Glasgow; the Berkeley Hotel; an exterior of a Castle and Co Ltd shop in Deal; a model for a river craft for the King of Siam; exteriors of a mock Tudor garage on Fulham Road, London; an unidentified shop; and a house in Chislehurst.

The second album contains eight interior and exterior views of an unidentified large house.
