Description

The Port of Liverpool building was designed in the early 20th century. The stained glass windows, executed by George Wragge Ltd of Salford, are representative of the constituent territories of the British Empire at the time. 'Southern Rhodesia' achieved independence as the Republic of Zimbabwe in 1980.
