Description

The 28 misericords in Bristol Cathedral date from around 1520. This misericord, on the north side of the choir, shows two nude men wrestling, with a third man beside one of the men and pointing at his leg. This is supported by a flower with nude man on one side, and by a flower with a fox on the other.
