Description

The mosaics are themed on the life of Nelson because Merton Place, the home Nelson shared with Lady Hamilton before he died, was located nearby. The mosaics were purportedly designed by students from Wimbledon School of Art and were applied as the buildings were constructed. Notes with this slide read 'Reg Watts, Langley Tiles'.
