Description

It is said that the cottage took its name from a banker by the name of Chambers who lived in the cottage in the early 19th century, although the structure predates this era. In the late 19th century it was home to the caretaker of the adjacent Welsh Church of St David. It was demolished in circa 1895 to allow for the construction of a larger church and a new vicarage.
