The album entry reads "Main frontages. Materials, terra cotta in mottled cream colour. Panels above and below windows in bronze-brown shade. Rust proofed steel window frames painted in an exact shade of panels. Fascia letters gilded and neonised on standard red fascia. Shop front is bronze. Three double sets of Revolving Doors and one single set, five entrances with double pairs of doors, and six with single pairs of doors. The corner piers and shop front plinth are of Pearl Grey Granite. Building is erected on a sloping site with a fall of 5ft 6ins from Bank Hey Street (point hidden behind splay corner on photograph) to the corner under Clock Tower."
