The album entry reads "Delicatessen counter. 27ft 9in in length, top covered with stainless steel is entirely refrigerated. Refrigerated storage 8ft 4in in length in centre portion and display protected by 1/4in plate glass set in stainless steel brackets. Counter front of white vitrolite with black marble skirting and ebonised counter mould. Fresh air inlet duct on rear wall above, cornice mirrored fixture under. Cakes counter in distance."
