This image is from a group titled "Photos of Stampings". Stamping, also known as pressing, is the process of shaping a sheet of metal under pressure using a stamping press. The form into which the metal is pressed is dictated by the die, a device for cutting or moulding metal into a particular shape or for stamping a design onto metals.
