This is a photograph of an earlier photographic image. It is believed that the image was photographed by PEW Street c1920-1950.
The photographer's notes state: 'Copy. Lamorbey Chapel, Lamorbey Farm. From the south (Old photo taken before 1879).
There is also a later addition stating: 'This building, which was just a little to the north (really northwest) of where its successor Holy Trinity Church now is, was demolished about 1879'.
The chapel was built c1840 and was designed to hold 120 people. It was located between Burnt Oak Lane and the present Holy Trinity Church.
