The photographer's notes state: 'Copy of aerial view of Holy Trinity Church, Southend Hill and of the old conduit to N.E. of the church. (Photo taken in 1924)'.

The chancel, transepts and east bays of the nave in Holy Trinity Church were designed by G. E. Street in 1868-9. G. E. Street was the grandfather of P. E. W. Street, in whose collection this photograph belonged.
