Description
This photograph is part of a set showing Barnard's Inn and Barnards' Inn Hall. The hall dates from the late 14th century and was soon established as an Inn of Chancery. In the 1890s it was purchased by the Mercers' School and since 1991 has been the home of Gresham College.

In the Bedford Lemere daybook see the entry for BL11919. The photograph shown has been catalogued as BL/P111 due to 'P111' being printed on the front.
