Description

Maison Lyons was a restaurant run by J Lyons and Company. The building it occupied was completed in 1916, and the photograph was taken for the company itself. At this time, J Lyons and Company provided music in all of their larger tea shops and restaurants, and the firm even maintained a band department to hire performers.
