The Guards Club had been at 70 Pall Mall, but in 1920 the lease of the building was assigned to London Joint City and Midland Bank and the club moved to this location in Brook Street. The photograph is one of a set taken for Wimperis & Simpson, architects, who carried out remodelling of the building in 1913-19.
