Description

In 1936 an architectural competition was held for designs for a new Town Hall and Municipal Offices at Barking. The competition was won by Herbert Jackson and Reginald Edmonds. It is not clear who created the design in this photograph, nor where it placed in the competition. The same design is probably shown in CC47/02434-CC47/02435 and CC47/02437-CC47/02439.
