Description

Cherry Holt was built in 1933 for T Hammond, to the designs of William Walter Wood. By 1952 it was known as 186 Mansfield Road. Access was via a driveway from near the present-day junction of Monsell Drive and Mansfield Road. Monsell Drive had been built by 1962, with this house being renumbered 14 Monsell Drive.
