Description

This image is reproduced as Plate CXXXIII in 'The Gardens of England: Southern and Western', edited by Charles Holme, 1907. The Holbein Porch, built between 1548 and 1563, was the original entrance to Wilton House from the north courtyard. It was moved to its present position c1800, and was then used as a garden pavilion.
