The roof of the nave is seven bays in total. The east two have a boarded ceiling painted in yellow, black, blue and red in imitation of moulded panels with bosses at the intersections. There is a Tudor rose in the middle of each panel. A print of this image is in the RCHME Inventory Notes for Almeley. This image is printed in the RCHME Inventory volume Herefordshire III-North West.
