Photographer's note: 'Copper alloy coin weight (obverse) decorated with an angel in low relief. Object has two small holes on face for adjusting weight.. Used for weighing English whole angels, a gold coin usually worth 6s8d dating from the early C16. Features St Michael depicted as an angel. Record number: 2008.22.8.12'.
